The NIL Pro Bono Project at New York Law School will provide free legal and educational assistance to athletes and entities navigating their NIL activities. As the NIL space is continuously evolving, there is a necessity to not only provide athletes with proper guidance but a need to educate them in order to maneuver their NIL landscape effectively. By assisting athletes, businesses, and any other interested party, the project will further the goal of creating a transparent and equitable understanding of this complex sector in sports law. Moreover, this project will ensure that athletes are not exploited in NIL’s new and ever-changing world
